The Belleville High School varsity football team ended its 12-game winning season with a 16-28 loss to Chippewa Valley on Saturday in a state semifinal game at Troy Athens High School.
Chippewa Valley will play Clarkston for the state Division 1 title next Saturday at Ford Field in Detroit.
