Belleville Police will be seeking a warrant for a criminal sexual conduct incident on Loza Lane, reported at 11:33 a.m., June 4.
Police Chief Hal Berriman said the case involves a handyman touching someone else and the department will probably seek a CSC-4 charge.
CSC-4 is a high misdemeanor and a sentence could result in up to two years in prison and a $500 fine. It involves sexual contact using force or coercion or victim incapacity.
Also, Belleville Police are investigating a criminal sexual conduct incident involving juveniles that also occurred June 4, at 1:45 p.m. at Belleville High School.
Chief Berriman said one male juvenile has been suspended from school as a result of the incident.
