The Widows on Wednesdays (WOW Group) started meeting Sept. 28 at 10 a.m. at the Brown Family Center, 678 E. Huron River Drive, two blocks east of the David C. Brown Funeral Home.
This is an open-forum group and will be going on for at least 10 weeks or longer, per demand.
Jacqueline Dalzell, Grief Support Coordinator, invites widows to, “Come share your stories and support other widows after the deaths of their husbands.”
Anyone who has lost her husband is welcome regardless of where the funeral was held. This group is free. Call Dalzell with any questions or to RSVP at (734) 697-5090.
