The Jan. 28 meeting of the Van Buren Public Schools Board of Education was videotaped using three big cameras, but the tapes are not yet scheduled for showing.
On Jan. 29, Angela Stroud, executive secretary to School Supt. Michael Van Tassel, said the meeting was recorded because Van Tassel had said it would be.
But, they are working on public access, she said.
“There is still the final question of where they will be shown,” Stroud said of the tapes.
