U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Dingell asks local residents who have delivery problems or other problems with the U.S. Postal Service to help her with a public inquiry into the service.
She invites businesses or individuals to fill out a form that she can use as part of her official inquiry. It includes a privacy release form.
The form is available on her website at debbiedingell.house.gov or by calling (734) 481-1100 to have the form mailed.
Once you go to debbiedingell.house.gov hover your mouse over “Helping You” at the top of the page. When you hover, a dropdown list will appear. Click “Help with a Federal Agency.” Next, enter your Zip Code to confirm that you reside in Congresswoman Dingell’s district. Once you hit submit you will be taken to a page listing all the federal agencies. For anything related to the post office select “Postal Service.” After that, complete a privacy release form either digitally or by printing and submitting it through the mail or in person.
Dingell’s Aide Haile Brown said their office can also guide someone through the process if they call.
