November election to fill two council seats, mayor’s position in City of Belleville

In the Nov. 3 election voters will fill two council seats and the mayor’s position in the City of Belleville.
The seats currently are filled by Councilmen Jack Loria and Tom Smith and Mayor Kerreen Conley.
Completed petitions to run in the Nov. 3 election are due to the city clerk’s office by 4 p.m., July 21.
