Erica Renee Works, 26, of Belleville was due to be arraigned on March 22 by 34th District Court Magistrate Al Hindman on five weapons charges, but she was taken to the hospital for surgery instead.
She is charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault), two counts of felony firearm, and one count of brandishing a weapon in public on March 20 at the entrance to Belle Villa mobile home park at Sumpter Road in the city of Belleville.
