Michael Elia Toma
Michael Elia Toma, 48, of Warren turned himself in with his attorney on Dec. 5 to face charges at 34th District Court in Romulus from Sept. 17, 2021 in the city of Belleville.
Toma is charged with operating while intoxicated/impaired/controlled substance-third offense, possession of firearms under the influence, and open alcohol container in a vehicle.
A nationwide warrant had been in LEIN and he was arraigned on the bench warrant while in custody at Van Buren Township PD. Judge Martin set his personal bond at $1,000 and scheduled his probable cause conference for Dec. 14 before Judge Green. Toma’s attorney is Benjamin Schiano.
Antonio Tremayne Parker
Antonio Tremayne Parker, 29, of Van Buren Township is charged with assault to do great bodily harm less than murder and domestic violence on Nov. 28 in Van Buren Township. His probable cause conference was held Dec. 7 and another probable cause conference was set for Dec. 21. Bond of $5,000/10% was posted and he is not to enter a particular apartment at 48011 S. I-94 Service Dr.
Miguel Shuntel Jenkins
Miguel Shuntel Jenkins, 20, of Redford was charged with having no insurance in the city of Belleville on Sept. 11. His arraignment pretrial was Dec. 7 before Judge Oakley. He pled guilty to a reduced charge of allowing unlawful driver to drive and was fined $500. This was added to a payment plan already in effect.
Shalah Annette Gildon
Shalah Annette Gildon, 30, of Ypsilanti, was arraigned Dec. 9 on charges of home invasion-third degree and domestic violence on Dec. 7 in Sumpter Township. Bond was set at $5,000/10% and the probable cause conference set for Dec. 21.
