Construction for the Hampton Manor Senior Housing project is under way at 7.11 acres at the southeast corner of Morton Taylor and Tyler roads in Van Buren Township.
The one-story building will have an exterior façade of brick and stone and be 17’ high. It will have 56 assisted-living apartments, each with a kitchenette, and 24 memory-care units.
Amenities at the facility will include a beauty salon, movie theater, courtyard, grills, sunroom, and library.
