Belleville Fire Dept. celebrates its new fire hall kitchen

On Feb. 21, the Belleville Fire Department held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to showcase its newly remodeled firehall kitchen. Logan Kuclo was selected by the firefighters as the honorary ribbon-cutter in recognition of his dedication and countless hours spent at the fire hall during the in-house renovations.
As part of the celebration, the department hosted a “Bake-Off,” where firefighters competed to create the best homemade dessert, judged by the event’s guests. The winning dessert was a gluten-free, dairy-free pineapple upside-down cake created by Fire Chief 2 Chris Zweng.
