Ryan James Leyman, age 23, passed away at home, January 19, 2011. He was born April 6, 1987 in Ypsilanti, MI, to James and Donna (Poe) Leyman.
Ryan loved being outdoors hunting, fishing, boating and camping. He was a great friend and devoted to his family. He is survived by his parents and grandmothers, Vickie Gillespie and Kelsie Poe; grandfather Terry Leyman; a sister Megan Leyman; also survived by a niece Kayla Leyman. Mr. Leyman was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Poe in 1995.
Visitation was held at David C. Brown Funeral Home in Belleville, Michigan, Saturday, January 22, 2011, from 2-6 with a 6pm funeral service. Visitation continued until 8pm and resumed, Sunday from 1pm until 8pm, at the funeral home. Cremation rites were accorded.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and would be appreciated by his family.
