On Aug. 8, Andrew Roth, representative of National Heritage Academies, swore in Charlene Derrick for an additional three-year term on the Keystone Academy Board of Directors. Since her son graduated with the eighth graders this June she no longer qualifies as a parent on the board, but is now a member at large. She will continue to serve as board treasurer.
The swearing in took place on Aug. 8, but the board did not meet because of a lack of a quorum.
