At about 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, Sumpter Township Police were dispatched to the area of Rustic Lane North and Knollwood in the Rawsonville Woods mobile home community on the report of shots fired resulting in a 15-year-old male being shot in the upper leg/ buttocks.
He was transported by ambulance to the hospital in stable condition.
According to police, preliminary evidence appears to show shots were fired from a group of individuals walking down the street towards another group standing outside of a residence on Knollwood, which included the victim. Indications are the suspect group then fled from the park on foot to a waiting vehicle on Rawsonville Road.

They either need to close this place or push out the lower income people. This is happening far too often at that trailer park. I give it a few more years before the entire park is closed down.
